Terms of Use

These terms set the basic rules for the Wellmade website, professional portal and app during the pilot.

Operational pilot version. Before the open commercial launch, the controller's full legal identity and legal review must be completed, including the legal basis under Article 11 of Brazil's LGPD for sensitive data and retention periods by category.

1. Acceptance and version

By creating an account or using an authenticated area, you agree to the version shown when you accept. Material changes will be versioned and communicated.

Specific commercial terms, plan, price, taxes and payment rules appear in checkout and govern that purchase.

2. The service

Wellmade provides software for registration, planning, coaching, workout execution, check-ins, operational communication and management of professionals, organizations and athletes.

Features may evolve during the pilot. Changes that materially reduce a paid service will be communicated.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and tell support about unauthorized use. Accounts are personal; roles and permissions belong to each organization relationship.

We may block abusive attempts, revoke compromised sessions and request verification to protect users and data.

4. Professional and organization duties

The professional remains responsible for assessment, prescription, review and training follow-up. Automated suggestions support decisions and must respect restrictions, context and professional competence.

Organizations manage their teams, assign athletes and grant only necessary permissions. Accessing or exporting data outside an authorized roster is prohibited.

5. Health and safety

Wellmade does not provide diagnosis, emergency care or medical advice. For severe pain, injury, concerning symptoms or an emergency, stop training and seek qualified help.

Athletes should report relevant health changes; the professional decides whether training should change, pause or be referred.

6. Acceptable use

You may not violate rights, access another tenant, bypass controls, automate abuse, introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities or use the service for discrimination or harm.

We may limit or suspend access to contain risk, investigate violations or meet legal obligations while preserving necessary evidence.

7. Content and intellectual property

You keep rights to your content and grant us a limited license to host and process it only to provide the service.

Wellmade's brand, interface, code, library and materials are protected. No resale, copying or reverse-engineering license is granted beyond what law permits.

8. Availability and liability

We work for a secure, continuous service, but maintenance, networks, stores and providers can interrupt it. We do not promise absolute availability.

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights. Beyond them, each party is responsible for the direct harm it causes, subject to law and applicable commercial terms.

9. Termination, law and contact

You may request cancellation and deletion through published channels once they are operational. Termination does not remove amounts already due or records the law requires us to retain.

Brazilian law applies. Where consumer law governs, the consumer's legally competent venue is preserved; otherwise, venue and legal identity will be stated in the final commercial agreement.

Proposed pilot address. Activation and email delivery still need verification before launch, so it is not presented as an operational channel.
